Press locked bar grating (P) is a metal construction consisting of custom steel bars (with cone-shaped or other cam slots) and cross connected bars. The manufacturing process involves the method when a cross bar is cold-locked with forcing with a load-bearing bar at high-pressure (up to 1,650 kN/bar). The bearing bars run parallel to each other with a preset spacing. They take the bearing load and are the main factor of a grating length. Cross bars bring the bearing bars together.
Press locked bar grating is manufactured in conformance with TU 5262-001-12139743-2013, DIN 24537, and RAL-GZ 638-2005 (Slip-Resistant Gratings)
