Welded bar grating (SP) is a metal structure consisting of steel bearing bars in various sizes and custom connecting (cross) bars that are forge-welded in each individual intersection point. The bearing bars run parallel to each other with a preset spacing. They take the bearing load and are the main factor of a grating length. The cross bars bring the bearing bars together. Welded grating can be manufactured as slip-resistant (serrated surface). SP4 or S5 (trapezoid) are available.
The production process meets the requirements of standards TU 5262-001-12139743-2013, DIN 24537, and RAL-GZ 638-2005
